Wow...I can't believe how fast 2008 went. To some, it seemed like it took forever but to me it flew! How is that possible? I think it's due to the fact that 2008 was a great year for our company. We added 2 more DJ's (Chris and Ronnie) to the mix, we've made some great connections with other companies and of course made a ton of new friends.
To all of our newly married couples, we can't thank you enough for letting us be with you on your big day. We truly hope you had as much fun as we did for your wedding. Every wedding we did in 2008 was different and unique in it's own way and that was remarkable. I love being able to play a song at a reception and know there's a special meaning to each song that makes people get out on the floor and just let loose. The dance floor is the one place where you can forget about everything in life and just have fun!! Sure, some of us may LOOK good doing it but it doesn't matter, we're having fun :).
Someone asked me the other day "What are your plans for 2009?" I told them a whole heck of a lot of dancing! In 2009, we want to spread the word about our company and prove that we truly love what we do and we love to make people dance, it's that simple.
On behalf of everyone at Mixed-Up Productions, let me be the first to say Thank you for making 2008 such an amazing year for us and here's to 2009!
